Gretchen Prout
(Outpatient Physical Therapist)
I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, North Dakota in 2019. I joined the Pediplay and MyPTIndy family in 2021 to work alongside kids and adults to improve their overall function and to achieve their pediatric, orthopedic, and neurological goals. I have been specialized in pediatric pelvic floor physical therapy since 2024 to help improve pelvic health, bowel and bladder health, toileting, and wellbeing to children and their families. I also enjoy and have experience of treating many pediatric patients of all ages and abilities since graduating PT school. Alongside treating pediatric diagnosis, I enjoy using my orthopedic skills to the adult diagnosis including: headaches, vertigo, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, pelvic, hip, and leg pain. I have been trained in Graston Technique since 2022. I am excited to continue my orthopedic and pediatric skills in my PT journey by helping children, their families, and adults with their rehabilitative experiences. When I am not at work, I love being a wife and a boy mom, gardening, and reading.
